Having taken over the former Thomas Mitchell Industrial Estate in 2014, we have transformed an
almost derelict seven acre site into a thriving business park providing units, yards and storage
containers to many local businesses and private tenants.
We also specialise in caravan storage and currently have approximately 200 caravans in our secure
compound.
Our tenants include some well established businesses such as Autopaint Fife Ltd, Fence ‘N’ Deck and
Orebridge Motors, as well as some very up and coming businesses such as Nimbus Beds, Schon
Rezeipt, Fife Towbars, and AVS Fife Ltd.
We are central in the Fife area, and have excellent travel links with Edinburgh and Dundee.
